RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at funpackshop.com operated by funpackshop.com, LLC. We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchases and services. However, if there are issues with your order, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy below:

 

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website, via phone or email, subject to certain conditions, explained below. We encourage you to read these conditions carefully and follow the outlined procedure for returns and refunds.

 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange for any single item purchased online, given that you provide a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within this period, providing full eligibility requirements are met. Management reserves the right to approve or deny refunds for multiple items on an order under circumstances deemed as unreasonable. After this 30-day period, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

 

In the case of items returned due to damage or defect not caused by the customer, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement item at no extra charge. Should a replacement item not be available, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

 

All bulk orders of 10 items or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or return, unless otherwise agreed by management in writing. Please send all inquiries for bulk orders to admin@funpackshop.com.

 

For refunds, once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@funpackshop.com.

 

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at admin@funpackshop.com and return your item to the address below. Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 

Shipping: To return your item, please send it to the following address with your contact details, copy of receipt, and reason for your return:

As a customer, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective.

BULK SALES AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Bulk Sales Agreement ("Agreement") applies to ensure full transparency between Seller and Buyer in the case of any and all bulk orders of 10 items or more.

Terms & Conditions: All sales are subject to our standard terms and conditions, available in detail at https://www.funpackshop.com/terms-of-use. Any request for refunds, returns, or exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made regarding the products. We assume no liability for the use, misuse, or inability to use the products sold. In purchasing, you, the buyer, assume all responsibility for ensuring the products are used in a lawful manner and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold funpackshop.com, LLC harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the sale, resale, use, or misuse of the products. All rights reserved by funpackshop.com, LLC.

1. PRODUCTS: This Agreement applies to any order of ten (10) or more units of the products listed in Sales Quotes, Purchase Orders and Tax Invoices ("Products") placed by Buyer.

2. ORDERING: Buyer shall submit purchase orders via email request to admin@funpackshop.com specifying the requested quantity and delivery date of each specific Products, linked in the description copied from the website to confirm any variation. Each purchase order shall be deemed a separate contract.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT: The price for the Products shall be agreed in writing by Buyer via email approval. Payment in full  shall be due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Seller shall arrange for the Products to be shipped directly, from the supplier or manufacturer to the address specified by Buyer. Risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery. 

5. SALES TAX: Buyer shall be responsible for all sales, use, excise, or similar taxes, or other charges, which are now in effect or may be enacted in the future by any federal, state, or local authority, related to Buyer's purchase of the Products.

6. TAX EXEMPTION: If Buyer claims any exemption, Buyer shall provide a valid, signed certificate or letter of exemption for each respective jurisdiction.

7. RETURNS: All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless Products are defective, in which case Buyer must notify Seller within 5 days of delivery.

8. WARRANTIES: Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, except as specifically provided by Manufacturer. 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event will Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

10. INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with Buyer's handling, use, or sale of the Products.

11. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement, along with any approved Sales Quotes, Purchase Orders and Tax Invoices, constitutes the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer with respect to the subject matter hereof.
